Making Empowering Decisions— Take my challenge

ChallengeHow about a 21 day challenge— are you up to it?

Create two lists and title them, “What brings me fulfillment?” and “What am I tolerating?” Carry your lists everywhere you go for the next 30 days and notice what you want more of and what you want less of. Challenge yourself to review your list every Monday morning and distinguish what choices you could take action on that would bring you more joy and fulfillment. Also notice what’s draining you and what you are tolerating.

After you distinguish specifically what’s draining you or what you’re tolerating, come up with ways to dump it, delegate it, hire it out, or put a stop to it once and for all. This exercise has blown my clients away. It’s interesting what happens when we make empowering decisions.

When you begin to make empowering decisions you become more esteemed and naturally fulfilled. When you feel fulfilled you raise your vitality, radiate joy and become naturally expressive. You’ll also notice how gravitated others are to you when you’re living in this amplified state of joy and gratitude. Your children, spouse and team will benefit. Why? It’s simple… you love your life and everyone can see it because you radiate it. Others will be attracted to you like bees to honey.

Does this appeal to you? Try it—and let me know how it works for you!

Living an EXTRAORDINARY life is a choice.  What’s yours?
