Not receiving our emails?
Are you new to our mailing list?
If you are new to our mailing list, you should have received an automated message confirming that you wish to be opted in. If you do not respond to that autoresponder, you will not be added to our mailing list. This protects you from being added without your consent.
If you did not receive it, fill out the form on this page to begin the process again. You should receive the opt in confirmation email immediately. If you do not, it is being blocked or filtered out by your ISP or mail client. See here on how to correct this. If you have already done this, it is very likely your ISP is blocking our email addresses, contact them with our email addresses (listed below) and have them whitelist them.
NOTE: Small local internet service provider or email associated with a domain, are more likely to have trouble receiving emails. Our mailing service is whitelisted with all major mail services.
If you are using domain mail or a small local ISP, contact your provider directly on how to whitelist our addresses. They will need the list of email addresses you are having difficulty receiving, click here for the list or send them a link to this page. If you are using a major company (ex. AOL) you may only need to take a few additional steps to whitelist us, click here for the steps.
Suddenly not receiving our mail?
We have recently made changes to our outgoing broadcast email addresses and you need to whitelist two new ones. In addition, every internet service provider (ISP) plus your mail client (ex. Outlook) have filters that work to protect you from what they feel may be unwanted mail. For this reason you must first try and whitelist our email addresses.
Do we have your correct email? If your email address has changed, the best way to change it is to find the last email you received from Lifeline and at the very bottom, click the link ‘Update Your Contact Information.’
If you cannot find one, fill out the form located at the top of every page or the form on this page. This will begin your mail again however your history will be lost and any automated subscriptions will not be reactivated. You can contact support@lifelinecoaches.com and request that we manually change your email information (give your old and new one).
Sometimes the content of Lifeline’s mailing (including punctuation or word combinations) will trigger the email to be sent to your ‘Junk Email’ box, while other times you will receive our mail fine. Please check your junk box (or trash) if you are missing some, but not all, correspondence.
Mail from Lifeline come from a few different sources. Please be sure to take the steps to whitelist the all the domains that our mail is associated with:
- @lifelinecoaches.com (this is mail directly from Lifeline staff)
- mailer@infusionmail.com (this is our broadcasting/bulk remailing service)
Fixes You Can Do:
‘White list’ our mailing addresses with your ISP and mail clients. See here for some companies. We do not cover all mail clients and ISP’s only the major ones. Please consult your own ISP and or ‘Help’ menu for your mail client if it is not listed.
Add the following addresses to your contact list (or address book):
support@lifelinecoaches.com
mailer@infusionmail.com
How to ‘Whitelist’ our addresses. In order to receive our emails, you may need to add the domain addresses to the whitelist with your ISP or mail client. The following are the domains you need to add:
@lifelinecoaches.com (this is mail directly from Lifeline staff)
mailer@infusionmail.com (this is our bulk remailing service–most likely to bounce)
